SITREP – Break, Break, Break! Where Have We Been?

Man oh man, have a lot of things gone down the last few months. I’m sure you guys noticed the big gap between SITREPS. I wanted to finally break the silence and shed some light for you. I’ve wanted to for a while now, we’ve just been buried here.

So, where have we been? Sheesh, where do I start… As most of you know I was daily vlogging for a couple of months and then it stopped all of a sudden. This was brought on by several things, but in short, I just couldn’t maintain it. There were just too many things demanding my attention that prevented me from delivering it on a daily consistency. It will be returning though, just not daily.

Other than that, I finally decided to make a project that’s been lower on the radar the highest priority over everything else. It wasn’t one we told you about in previous SITREPS. I just decided that it was time to prioritize it and attack it with every ounce of focus I had.

That project is our 50% recurring commission JOB KILLING affiliate program, we’re calling it the Vanguard. It would be hard to explain how amazing and equally unbelievable this opportunity is for all of you in a quick situation report.

We are literally going to be paying our productive tribe members up to 50% recurring commissions and at our current pricing, this is huge. No one in our industry offers an opportunity like this. No one in practically any industry offers an opportunity this big. I could have gone with a one time commission of 20% or 30% like most companies, but I have chosen to be generous and provide our affiliates with a massive 50% recurring commission. I want to change your life, and this is how we plan to do it.

We are going to be paying you to get prepared and share that experience with the rest of the world. How does getting paid to live a life you’re absolutely passionate about, doing things you love doing sound? Things like camping, bushcrafting, lifting weights, training combatives, shooting guns, etc…

With our Vanguard, you get this opportunity. And trust me, I know how crazy this sounds. We are going to pay you such huge commissions to go out and do things like that. I know it sounds ridiculous, but it’s true, it’s real, and it is now readily available for you to partake in as a tribe member.

Besides this massive project, I also recently went under the laser for PRK eye surgery. This was a pretty big deal for me. As of writing this, I am 1-month post-op and my vision is getting really good. I had massive eye issues prior to surgery and it prevented me from doing a lot of the things I really loved to do. I am happy to report that everything is healing nicely and I am super stoked about my “new eyes”. It will also help me improve our content quality.

So between my surgery, these massive developments in the business with our affiliate program and various other huge projects, it caused a big gap in content consistency. However, just because there was a lack of content doesn’t mean we didn’t get mad stuff done. Check out our recently completed objectives below.

• Savage Method Podcast Launch – COMPLETED – We have teamed up with Eddie Debus of Savage Method to help him deliver his podcast. Ian “Primal” Talbert will be featuring in many of the episodes. Give it a listen!
• Complete Website Revamp 3.0 – COMPLETED – We gave the website a dramatic facelift and added functionality. We also upgraded our server to improve performance and we are still working to improve it daily. Along with this, we also gave the tribe member dashboard a very needed facelift too. All your member resources are now functional, and right in your account dashboard. We also developed a brand new billing portal giving you total control over your membership with a few clicks. No more manual updates to your billing, no more hassle. Log in and check it out!
• All Tribe Divisions Created – COMPLETED – We got every last tribe division created. You can see them all on the map page. Remember, you must be a member to join a division. We will confirm your status before approval.
• New Tribe Perk – Discord Servers – COMPLETED – We launched a brand new communications sector through Discord. We have chat rooms available for every INTELSECOTR, as well as WASP related comms, and a wide variety of other topics. Discord provides both text and voice chat solutions. As well as messaging, and private voice and video call capabilities. We will be heavily using this tool moving forward. You can access the server links on your tribe member dashboard.

The following radar snapshots are provided to you to give you a well-rounded idea of what we are working on here at HQ. These are our higher priority milestones. These snapshots do not show every single objective on our roadmap, but it does show the important ones. These are listed in no specific order but rather grouped by priority levels.

SHORT RANGE RADAR (1 month – 1 year):

• Operation: Primal Method – This book will be the foundation of all that we are here. I aim for it to be the foundation of preparedness for many people. You can see the outline of The Primal Method here on our training page. I am currently working on writing the book. I had originally intended to have it finished and ready to publish before the end of 2018 but due to much higher priority projects taking the spotlight lately. That wasn’t possible, so I set a goal of early 2019, and now that’s not possible, I still plan on doing massive amounts of work on this project this year. I would love to publish before 2020, but it’s going to be a challenge. I will certainly be pushing as hard as I can for it. With the launch of our affiliate program, there is a lot of work involved with making sure that goes according to plan.
• WFA’s (Warrior Fitness Assessments) – The Alpha and Savage level tests are under construction. It will take a little time and testing as these tests will be completely different from our two base level tests. They will be different, and much more difficult. We’re aiming to bring these to life within the second half of 2019 as training & product development is currently taking priority. For now, you can take the two tests we currently provide here. In 2020 we plan to start awarding challenge coins or patches for completion of a WFA.
• Operation: Black Sector – Black Sector is an “upper echelon” division of the Tribe. Invitation only with a thorough vetting process and higher standards. It will have some one-time costs associated with it if you are invited into it, choose to accept and pass the vetting process. A good way to look at Black Sector is that it will be to us what SF is to the military. It will consist of only our most elite Warriors. We are aiming to launch Black Sector sometime in 2019.
• Operation: Affiliates Rising – The purpose of this operation is for us to arm our Vanguard members with the knowledge and tactics they need to succeed with the program, as well as build an arsenal of high profile influencers amongst our ranks. This consists of outreach programs and training curriculum development for the free affiliate training course we provide all with the sole objective of furthering the growth of our tribe and dramatically changing our members lives financially in the process. This project will be ongoing for the majority of 2019 and updates will be published in the Vanguard Affiliates FB Group.
• WASP Program Enhancements – We plan on creating some additional helpful tools for the program. Such as an accountability call questionnaire. So you know exactly what questions to be asking your partners to have more meaningful and productive calls together. We are also improving program management systems in the backend to allow us more effective pairing, scheduling, etc.
• Operation: Guest Asset Growth – We are working on developing a new program for creators to become contributors to our blog. Tribe members would get priority, but anyone can apply. There will be certain requirements of skill and commitment, and we will also be providing a compensation method through our affiliate program. Allowing our guest assets the ability to tap into our growing audience and gain knowledge on creating, marketing, and business skills. We will be paying contributors based on performance, and performance will be based on the sales their contributions generate through our affiliate program. We will release more information on this in the coming months.
• Operation: Alliance – Growth of our alliance program to provide our fans and members more relevance in the form of ads. We love partnering with people in our industry who sell products you care about, and in doing so, we gain exclusive discounts for our fans and tribe members. Our goal with this project is to add more value to the program, enhance it, and develop better outreach, retention, and management protocols. We plan to ramp up the program and grow our alliance partner list to provide you one of the biggest lists of exclusive product discounts in the preparedness industry.
• Tribe SMS – Daily SMS communications from Primal at HQ will start happening in 2019. Warrior Wisdom messages, accountability checkups, and more. You will be able to subscribe once the platform is built, and new members moving forward will be auto-subscribed to it when they join. We may possibly incorporate this into our app when the time comes.

LONG RANGE RADAR (1 – 2 years):

• Operation: Ecosystem – The Tribe phone app. I’m always trying to enhance your tribe membership at little to no extra costs to you. One of the things we will be working on in 2019 is a phone application that will place everything you need right in one place. Video Training, INTELSECTOR archives, and more. The app will start off pretty basic, but as we get more app development resources and knowledge to fuel it, it will become the home for all things tribe related. We will still utilize FB groups, but a secure app with chat rooms, forums, training challenge leaderboards, and much more is the goal.

• MIE Productions Holsters
• Starting a bushcrafting overnighter/multi-nighter series documenting the experiences, as well as bits of humor and education dripped throughout.
• Combatives Series Expansion – We are finishing up the last few touches on our HQ training room. Once we’re done we will be using it to film some combatives tutorials.
• Primal Life Vlog – Will be brought back in a less frequent capacity. Probably weekly/bi-weekly.
