It’s no secret that I am a pretty transparent dude and that I keep our business operations just as transparent. In the spirit of that transparency, I decided to build a functional tool for all of you that wish to play a bigger role. You see, for years now our fans and tribe members have consistently asked for a way to help us grow, a way to contribute more. This is a hard shoe to fill simply due to the fact that there’s not a lot anyone can do for us if they’re not local.
However, over these years I’ve been working hard on creating some ways you guys can get more involved with us. The first thing I created is the Vanguard Program. This affiliate program allows you to help us grow as well as allows us to pay you for your efforts. The second thing is our brand new Operations Radar Trello board.
This board allows us to show you in real time all the operations we are working on. From business development to content creation. You can vote on things you want to see, drop requests, and you can watch projects and be notified when the status changes! It’s a pretty awesome way to keep track of everything we have going on at any given time. It also helps us get a clearer view of what content you care about.

Moving forward, with the addition of our Radar, the format of these Situation Reports will be changing a little. We will be mostly using these to update on overall progress and announce new things as they get completed since you now have the ability to keep tabs in real time. So check it out and dive in!
