PROGRAM INTEL

Our objective with this program is to help you succeed and develop better discipline by partnering you with fellow tribe operatives to work towards common goals together. Accountability is everything and we want to ensure our Warriors maintain the highest standards possible.

When you become a member of the Tribe, your file will be analyzed and we will do our best to match you with a unit that compliments your weaknesses. This isn’t always the case as we can’t control the attributes of our available units and members, but we do our best to partner you with a unit that is strong where you are weak. A unit you can grow with.

This program was created to help our members more effectively bridge the gap between their knowledge and skill development through enhanced accountability and camaraderie. It provides the necessary structure to keep members active in our community and engaged in their training. Collaborative learning is one of our core values here at M.A.S.K. and we want our members to work together to obtain common goals as much as possible. Much like the battle buddy program in the military, our W.A.S.P. program aims to fill a similar void by partnering each member with an active unit.

Originally, this program paired members together in a 1:1 format. This worked, but over time we learned that it could be much better if we added more people into the mix to provide more layers of accountability. So we left the 1:1 format behind for a division and unit structure. There’s no set limit for how many members can be assigned to a given W.A.S.P. Unit. While keeping the units locally-oriented is ideal, so that members may be able to link up and connect in person, it is not a requirement. Units may sometimes contain members outside of their home area.

All units are assigned a division. Divisions are simply the umbrellas the units fall under. A Division may be a state or an entire region of states. It all depends on how much member activity we have in a given area across the globe. All Divisions and Units are appointed leadership. Unit and Division leaders are responsible for maintaining and growing their respective groups.

Monthly AAR's (After Action Reports)

CORE PROGRAM

For members who are on the Core Program, you will get the opportunity to have your AAR reviewed live on our Monthly WASP AAR Stage events inside our Discord server. For those who get to come on stage, you will get coaching and guidance to help you navigate your obstacles and achieve at a higher level. If you don’t get the chance to be on the stage, you will still have opportunities for Q&A during the live events. You are required to submit your AAR form before the new month begins, preferably no later than the 25th of each month. These AARs will also serve as feedback for your unit, so if something isn’t aligning well, or if your unit isn’t doing their part, you can request a new one. When it comes to the monthly live stage events, you might not always get a chance to have your AAR reviewed and discussed live. There’s only time for a handful of people which means you might not always get a response on your AAR. Just know that they are still being reviewed for feedback. We just don’t have the capacity to individually respond to AARs anymore. This is why we switched to the stage events in our Discord. If you don’t make it on stage one month, you will have other opportunities in future stage events. Once these stage events get packed out, we may start doing them weekly.

ENHANCED PROGRAM

Once you submit your AARs, if you have Alpha clearance, you will be able to book a 1:1 accountability and strategy call with Tribe Commander, Ian “Primal” Talbert to discuss your progress and problems for the past month and the month to come. You must complete your monthly AAR form before scheduling your call. If you fail to submit your AAR before the new month begins you may not be able to have a call and it could end up in your removal from the program. These aren’t guidelines. These are rules to stay on the program. We want everyone to get the most out of it so these things are critical.
