What’s good my friends, time for another update as we transition into Q4 soon. If you missed our most recent Warrior Missions be sure to check out Operation: Dry Fire, and Operation: Hike & Snap. If you’re in our Warrior Tribe, these are two great beginner-level missions for you to tackle. We also recently launched a new 3-month action plan for all tribe members with Charlie or higher clearance. You can find it at the top of your WARCOM dashboard.
As for our original Q3-4 goals this year we have had to adjust fire a little. We commenced action on a huge Biz Dev project called Operation: Migration. You can learn more about it on our Ops Radar. We are doing this project to accomplish 2 things primarily. Lowering our operational expenses by simplifying our software stack, and making everything more streamlined across the board to achieve a bit more efficiency for you guys. The ongoing savings we generate from this project will be reallocated toward recruitment campaigns later on in the year. This has been a massive project that has been very time-consuming so our original goal to be working on new course development during this time has had to take a back seat, but it will be worth it.
Part of this migration project is the complete rebuild of our LMS (Learning Management System). We are going back to self-hosting all of our funnels and training programs. The new LMS solution we are using is way more robust than what we have been using for the past half-decade. It’s going to provide us with many new ways to make our courses more interactive and the learning environment is top-notch both aesthetically and functionality-wise.
We are migrating much more than the LMS. We are also doing our tribe and product funnels and our official store. It’s all being done in phases though and won’t totally be complete for several more months. However, the most critical phases of this project are on track to be completed by the end of this month. What does this mean for you guys? Well, not much unless you’re a student of any of our training programs. Our current courses will be going offline in the next week or so until we get them all rebuilt in our new LMS. Fear not though, we will get your access reinstated as soon as things are back online.
Operation: Optimize will be receiving another round of updates after this migration project too. Get ready for v2.0 of the Warrior OS and much more!
Once we complete this big project, we will get back to focusing on new course development and recruitment. You will also see more content coming out in general as content is one of our primary forms of organic recruitment. We will be launching a bunch of paid traffic campaigns again, as well as building up our Vanguard program even more. We want the main source of our growth to come from our members through the Vanguard program.
We also recently got featured in USA News for my book. We plan to leverage a lot more PR like this for our next phase of growth too.
In other news, the Discord server is growing and getting more engaging day by day! This is great and I want to see you all continue to invite your friends. The free side of the server will be a great pool of people for you to flex your recruitment skills. Add value to them, DM them, and become friends. Eventually, they will find their way into the tribe. Just show them the way by being an example.
